Instructional Design Implications - Implicaciones en el Diseño Instruccional

El diseño instruccional implica continuos cambios culturales-académicos. Combinado con el conocimiento y la comprensión sobre cómo los estudiantes realmente aprenden. La mentalidad de cada estudiante frente a sus inteligencias múltiples (Gardner) se convierte en un desafío en la innovación y diversificación de las múltiples formas en que necesitamos crear las metodologías de enseñanza y aprendizaje. La necesidad de más personal con nuevas habilidades para crear estos nuevos entornos de aprendizaje y el entrenamiento constante para el equipo de trabajo existente es otra variable/desafío en la ecuación. ¿Por qué? Las metodologías antiguas con nueva tecnología/cultura/generaciones y nuevas formas de aprendizaje no necesariamente mezclan.
