Instructional Design Implications - Implicaciones en el Diseño Instruccional

El diseño instruccional implica continuos cambios culturales-académicos. Combinado con el conocimiento y la comprensión sobre cómo los estudiantes realmente aprenden. La mentalidad de cada estudiante frente a sus inteligencias múltiples (Gardner) se convierte en un desafío en la innovación y diversificación de las múltiples formas en que necesitamos crear las metodologías de enseñanza y aprendizaje. La necesidad de más personal con nuevas habilidades para crear estos nuevos entornos de aprendizaje y el entrenamiento constante para el equipo de trabajo existente es otra variable/desafío en la ecuación. ¿Por qué? Las metodologías antiguas con nueva tecnología/cultura/generaciones y nuevas formas de aprendizaje no necesariamente mezclan. Necesitamos ser más proactivos en la promoción de esta actualización cultural en las instituciones de educación superior porque la nueva revolución industrial está aquí, no en el futuro.

The instructional design implied continuous cultural-academic changes. Combined with knowledge and the comprehension about how the students really learn. The mind set of each student versus their multiple intelligences (Gardner) become a challenge in the innovation and diversification of the multiple ways that we need to create the teaching and learning methodologies.The need of more personnel with new skills to create this new learning environments and constant training to the existing team is another variable/challenge in the equation. Why? Old methodologies with new technology/cultural/generations and new ways of learning don't mix. We need to be more proactive in the promotion of this cultural update in higher education institutions because the new industrial revolution is here, not in the future.
